Interim VP OF Sales

Our Interim Vice Presidents of Sales are highly qualified senior sales leaders with proven track records to build and scale your organization and lead your sales team to drive the top-line revenue and grow profitable new clients.

 

Our Interim Vice President program is a hybrid of a consultant and an employee.  Think of it like a committed relationship; You are living together, but not married.   

 

The VP joins your sales organization for a minimum term of 6 months.  KPI’s and clearly defined objectives are set.  Over the term of the engagement, our Interim VP will perform everything necessary to create an optimal selling organization. 

 

When the term ends, you may wish to make a marriage proposal, that’s where our VP is offered full-time employment and officially joins your team.

 

Other outcomes could be the VP’s contracted term is extended for another 6 months. 

Sometimes with the infrastructure now optimized, it’s identified you’d be best served by hiring a Sales Manager to take the reins.  If that’s the case, we will help in the recruiting, interviewing, and onboard process, ensuring a smooth transition and quick ramp up for the new leader.
